Description
The piece continues Odisho’s interest in reclaiming humble, discarded bio-matter and putting it to use to reimagine product design in a materially-conscious society. The delicacy of the original material of the eggshell is captured in this object in the handblown glass, each one unique in its final form.

Due to the natural quality of timber, grain size and direction varies from each piece. The handmade and natural nature of the eggshell shade means that each piece is unique with varied folds and curvature. Each glass globe cover is handmade, thus sizes vary from piece to piece.
